What we hold
Your username, your email address, a hash of your password (never the password), your balance and its full history, the addresses you sign in and sign up from, the browser string sent with each sign-in, and the payout details you enter when cashing out.
Why we hold it
To run your account, to pay you, and to tell one person apart from ten accounts. The addresses and browser strings exist for that last reason, and are what a fraud review looks at.
Who else sees it
Offer walls and survey panels receive an identifier for your account, and in some cases your username and email address, because that is what their integration requires. They are separate companies with their own policies.
FaucetPay receives the payout address and amount when you cash out in crypto. A gift card provider receives the order, not your identity. Our mail provider handles the confirmation and password emails.
We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in for the tab, and a signed token cookie remembers you between visits. Both are required for the site to work. Advertising served in the ad slots is delivered by third parties who may set their own cookies.
How long
Account data is kept while the account exists. Ledger entries and payout records are kept afterwards, because they are the record of money that moved.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for the account to be deleted. Write to [email protected] from the address on the account.
Children
The site is not for anybody under 18, and we do not knowingly hold their data.
