1. Who these terms are between

They are between you and Lootiply, the operator of lootiply.com. Creating an account means you accept them. If you do not, do not create one.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. You must be allowed to use the site under the law where you are.

3. One account per person

You may hold one account. Additional accounts, accounts operated on somebody else's behalf, and accounts created to complete the same offer more than once are closed, and the balance on them is forfeited.

4. What Coins are

Coins are a reward balance inside this site. They are not money, not a security and not a cryptocurrency. They cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or redeemed anywhere other than here. Their exchange value is set by us and may change; the rate shown when you confirm a cash-out is the rate applied to it.

5. Earning

Rewards for offers, surveys and ads are paid when the network behind them confirms the activity. Those networks decide what counts. If a network reverses a completion, including up to two months later, the matching Coins are removed from your balance.

Automated tools, emulators, proxies used to appear in another country, falsified survey answers and any attempt to trigger a payout without doing the thing being paid for are all prohibited.

6. Cashing out

The minimum is 200 Coins. Requests may be held for review, and we may ask you to confirm your identity or your account with a provider before paying. Crypto is delivered to the FaucetPay account you name; an address entered incorrectly cannot be recovered.

A rejected request is refunded in full to your balance, with the reason attached.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and withhold a balance built through activity that broke them. Where a decision was made in error, write in and it will be looked at by a person.

8. Availability

The site is provided as it is. Offer walls, survey panels and payout providers are third parties and can go down without notice. We do not promise that any particular offer, survey or currency will be available.

9. Changes

These terms and the reward rates can change. Material changes are posted on the news page. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
